My own health journey is what led me into functional medicine. I wanted answers that went deeper than a doctor saying "that's normal" or "here take this..", and I learned firsthand how powerful the right support and approach can be. Accountability was everything when making huge changes like the ones I had to change.
Now, I support women who feel stuck in that same cycle by helping them move away from constant guesswork and toward a more structured, supported approach to their nutrition and lifestyle habits.
