My own health journey is what led me into functional medicine nutrition. I wanted answers that went deeper than a doctor saying "that's normal" or "here take this..", and I learned firsthand how powerful the right support and approach can be. Accountability was everything when making huge changes like the ones I had to change.
Now, I help women who feel stuck in the same cycle by creating a clear plan, addressing the bigger picture, and offering weekly guidance and accountability along the way.
